  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field required with 6-8 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in ERP systems and ERP management
  • Ability to lead work teams and excellent organizational leadership skills
  • Customer service-oriented
  • Familiarity with supply chain and inventory management systems
  • Knowledge in forecasting and budgeting
  • Excellent organizational and planning/execution skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the proven ability to work well with all levels of management and staff.
  • Ability to solve problems swiftly
  • 3+ years experience in logistics role, materials, supply chain, or related experience
  • Hard disk drive or related industry experience preferred.
