The Outbound Caller is responsible for calling potential candidates (inbound/outbound) from the different marketing media and sparking interest of passive candidates by promoting the company’s culture and open vacancies.
Job responsibilities and functions
- Serve as the 1st point of contact to schedule appointments for potential candidates.
- Perform pre screening to review schedule availability, salary expectations, and overall candidate eligibility
- Execute various sales techniques during the call with the candidates while building the value of our brand
- Maintain constant engagement with the candidates by following up through email, WhatsApp, and outbound calls
- Report and record daily scheduled appointment quotas
- Assist with the daily flow of onsite candidates
- ATS updates and status of each call that the outbound caller assists
- Keep safe confidential Information of each candidate and document it in the ATS

Conocimiento en área de cuentas por pagar o contabilidad preferentemente
Recepción y revisión de facturas, notas de débito - crédito.
- Revisión de posibles discrepancias.
- Registro de facturas, notas de débito - crédito en sistema.
- Revisión de estados de cuenta facturas pendientes de pago.
- Resolución de discrepancia.
- Respuesta diaria a consultas de proveedores.
- Conocimiento de ordenes de compra y de informacion necesaria para su correcto proceso.
