Apoyar la Gestión de la Construcción del Sitio en particular, para la preparación de todos los entregables requeridos en las diversas fases de la actividad de Construcción.

 

Principales Responsabilidades

Proporciona el vínculo físico diario entre la gestión de la construcción del sitio y los diversos equipos de gestión del sitio para que estos últimos desarrollen y produzcan los diversos entregables a tiempo y completos con todos los datos específicos del Proyecto, los requisitos de ejecución de la construcción relevantes y las condiciones ambientales.

Observación diaria de prácticas de trabajo.

Brindar apoyo a los Gerentes de Construcción de Área según sea necesario

Resolución diaria de inconsistencias en ejecución vs plan

Coordinar los problemas de campo diarios con el equipo de administración de la construcción del sitio

Previa indicación de la gerencia de Construcción del Sitio para preparar la lista de entregables de Construcción.

Apoya la planificación del proyecto para todas las actividades relevantes para todos los entregables de construcción.

Apoya la gestión de la construcción del sitio para la definición de la base de datos del sistema de medición de la construcción mediante la coordinación diaria con el equipo del proyecto.

Llevar un registro de todas las acciones que se lleven a cabo y de esto sacar una estadística mensual para seguimiento y acciones.

Elaboración de historias médica al personal de nuevo ingreso

Promueve la adecuada reubicación del trabajador que ha sufrido alguna lesión, acorde a las capacidades actuales, así como la vigilancia hasta la recuperación

Participa en coordinación con laboratorio externo en exámenes médicos a personal de nuevo ingreso de acuerdo con procedimiento (muestra coprológica, reacciones febriles y cultivo faríngeo)

Da seguimiento al personal que en los exámenes médicos refleje positivo, así como proporcionar medicamento hasta su recuperación

Elabora y ejecuta programa de fomento a la salud planta y sucursales (campañas internas de salud visual y vacunación de acuerdo con la temporada) en conjunto con dependencias de gobierno o proveedores externos.

Llevar a cabo pláticas mensuales sobre salud a todo el personal

Efectuar exámenes médicos de nuevo ingreso, validados por el médico responsable del área médica

Coordinar a la brigada de primeros auxilios en actividades relacionadas a la misma

Llevar a cabo el llenado de formatos ST-7 (riesgos de trabajo) expedidos por el IMSS, así como control de estos en cuanto a incapacidades calificación y alta médica

Participar en recorridos de la comisión de seguridad e higiene

Mantener el consultorio y su equipamiento en buen estado, ordenado y limpio.

Monitoreo al personal de vulnerable
